We understand that by shopping online, you can order a size that doesn't fit properly or just isn't what you expected it to be like in person.
That's why we provide a 3 week return and exchange window for you to claim if necessary. This time period starts on the day of purchase.
All items that are being returned or exchanged must be in its original condition(tags must be kept on) and you must provide a proof of purchase.
We require you to either post the goods back to our store or to
bring the goods to the store in person.
Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
